CAURNIEHILL RIGS O'BARLEY. "Rigsby". 15/11/1993 - 21/11/2007
This is Rigsby. He came from the Caurniehill kennel, as a friend for Floyd, when he was 6 months old.
His sire was Ch. Caurniehill Yokel and his dam Caurniehill Vanna. He had the sweetest nature - his tail really never stopped wagging (he won many Waggiest Tail contests!) but was very much a proper beagle; taking off over the horizon to hunt at any opportunity.
Rigsby was shown lightly as a youngster, and enjoyed going to Crufts twice. He then had a life of leisure until we started showing him again in the veteran classes. Unfortunately, he developed cancer and we had to say goodbye in 2007.
